Customer Service is amazing thanks to Doris. ☺️☺️

Customer Service is amazing thanks to Dorris. I ended up purchasing a Svakom Product from an online store that sold Svakom products and I received my new toy quickly. I later learned that Svakom discontinued this product years ago which made sense as to why the app that hadn’t been updated in years was not working properly with my phone’s current operating system. I contacted Svakom’s customer service and Dorris was quick to respond and very, very polite. She advised a solution and I could not be happier. Thank you Dorris, we need more people like you 😊

The products themselve are very good, but either I was unlucky with the two products I had received and filed a warranty for or there is a product problem in it, but two out of three had battery problems.

While contacting Svakom Customer Service I really appreciated great and fast response, kind assistance and brilliant customer service. A special big thank you, Doris, for your understanding and work in the replacement issue. Thank you all and my best wishes for the great sales to such an outstanding company. Best Regards, Valeria from Ukraine.

Purchased the Alex Neo 2, was disappointed. Was very uncomfortable to use and was difficult to assemble the sleeve.

I had a very pleasant experience with customer service at Svakom. I explained my situation. My product had a manufacturing defect. Almost immediately, I received a response, where Svakom offered me a replacement. Soon after, I received an email with a new tracking number. I have never experienced such great customer service.
