As a consumer of many different companies I have to say Im shocked about how greay the experience with customer service was. I explained my situation and that my product broke. Almost immediatly I got a response, where they offered me a replacement, and to my big surprise, they even offered the upgraded version of the product that broke. Almost as soon as I accepted the offer, I got a new mail with shipping number and everything. I have never experienced such great customer service with and company ever, all other companies needs to take notes from Svakom.

I really appreciate SVAKOM’s excellent customer service for quickly responding and resolving my issue with the product I purchased. The item I purchased would not connect with the app on my phone via Bluetooth. After a few questions over a couple of emails with the friendly representative, including sending a short video of me demonstrating various ways I attempted to connect to the device, they offered a brand new replacement item, plus an extra gift for the troubles, along with free and speedy delivery to Australia! Thank you so much! Loving it!

Great product and great customer service. Highly recommended

It’s a great company with good customer service and quality product. I love and recommend the Connexion series. It’s totally worth the price. You can connect the device over Bluetooth to VR, SVAKOM or FeelConnect 3 apps. Or other games and applications on PC that have integration for it. There are a lot of possibilities out there, you just have to find and experience them for yourself. Definitely gonna buy more toys.

My first experience was not the greatest because there was some connection problems. I decided to send Swakom an email regarding the connectivity problems and they responded by assisting me to the fullest.They supplied me with a new device( for free) that has instantly connected to my phone ones I opened it. Thank you so much for listening and responding to my emails and rectifying the problem. I think the product was very well designed and I am very pleased with it. Thank you again.

Did not received the Item

I asked for a replacement as my product broken, even I purchased it from third company. Great customer service

I contacted the Company as my product stopped working, they answer so fast and so kindly that I was good surprised. Excellent follow up from Doris who gave me options to replace the product matter of my complain. I appreciate the good service and will buy more from them.
