SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Well Svakom delivery could not find the address I provided (and to where I usually get all sorts of packages) and it was shipped back to them, but the customer service was really efficient and helful to arrange yet another shipping. Overall - would totally recommend!

I made a typing error on my delivery address and didn't notice until I'd submitted my order. I contacted Svakom customer service and they responded immediately, fixed my mistake and my package arrived on time in perfect condition. It was a great purchasing experience that you too often don't get with online buys.

I had a problem with my device and they very quickly sent me a replacement. The costumer service is amazing just like their products.

I am very impressed as the product stopped working and no questions asked they sent me a new device. I would suggest this company to anyone.
