SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Amazing experience! Amazing company! Amazing products! Repeat customer twice before and planning at least one more.

Outstanding customer service. I had a problem with product and they promptly sent me a replacement.

Estoy encantado con la calidad y funcionalidad de los articulos adquiridos desde su pagina. La tardanza en la entrega, la entiendo, aun siendo mas de 1 semana

Great products, great quality materials. And when I had some issues with a product, they quickly sent a replacement. Would purchase a Svakom product again for sure.

I ordered a product through amazon, it had firmware problems, and did not connect as it should, they immediately sent a replacement. When the replacement had the same issue they offered to replace it with a different product and have shipped it to me as of writing this review. They seem to genuinely care about their customers which is rare with companies now a days

I recently purchased the SVAKOM SAM NEO 2 PRO, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the sleek design and high-quality feel of the product. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, making setup a breeze even for a first-timer like me. What I love most are the different modes and intensities—there’s truly something for everyone. The sensations are powerful yet comfortable, and the device is remarkably quiet, which is a big plus. It’s made a noticeable difference in my daily routine, adding a bit of excitement and relaxation whenever I need it. A tip for new users: take a few minutes to play around with the settings to find what works best for you. Also, make sure to use a good water-based lubricant for the smoothest experience. Overall, I highly recommend the SAM NEO 2 PRO to anyone looking for a reliable, feature-packed product that delivers exactly what it promises. Customer service was also excellent—they answered my questions quickly and made me feel valued as a customer. Would definitely buy from SVAKOM again!

I love the new Emma Neo 2. The new heating feature and attachments are great!

I never got my order cause you sent it to the wrong address. I called while it was out for delivery to redirect to correct address. Nothing was done. It got returned to you from that address and I asked for a refund via email and I did not even get a response and that email was sent several days ago
