We had a problem with one of their vibrators. After sending a video showing the problem they promptly sent a replacement. Great customer service. No need for proving receipt, etc. New unit works great

I received my Erica as a gift and was really impressed—beautiful, easy to use, and… very effective. 😊 Unfortunately, it stopped working sooner than expected, which was a bit of a letdown. But when I reached out to customer support (without even having the receipt), they were super helpful and sent me a replacement right away. Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish!

I had a specific problem with my svakom edeny. Everything worked, the standard mode worked manually, but I couldn't control it from my phone using the app. So i contacted Svakom by Email. They tried to help me, with some tips, but it still didn't work. So they sended me a replacement immediately. Now it works perfectly. Thank you.

I don’t understand why anyone likes these toys!!! I’ve spent so much money on these over price terrible motors total sex destroying toys! I just don’t get it! I’ve never bought one of this brand and thought it’s ok definitely never thought it was five star but total disappointment!!!!!! The toy store by my house sells this brand so I always wind up buying one today by accident when I saw the name on the box after I bought it in a hurry I almost fainted then to find out it’s a total weak piece of crap. My least favorite brand of toys!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lelo fun factory jaguar just about every brand except these crappy waste of money time energy the worst worst worst worst toys what’s wrong with anyone that likes these low budget things try something good and then go back to this cheap paper weights that cost way to much for the garbage you get! Never again will I waste my money I’m so mad

Superb customer service. When I had an issue with my Tyler, they were right on top of it and sent me a replacement. Wish all online merchant So we’re so accommodating.
