2 orders in, happy customer!!
This is the second order I made with this website and I have been loving everything!! I noticed a week after my latest order that something I ordered was now on sale. I called customer service and was connected right away (no wait time!). Ian helped price match this item to the current sale price and refunded me the rest. I’m super impressed with their service. Ian was so helpful!

Customer Support Center
I ordered some kitchen accessories and they ended up getting shipped to the wrong address. I worked with Carlos Rosales at their customer service center to figure out what the heck I needed to do. He was super friendly and helpful and solved my dilema. Sur La Table sells top quality merch and I have always had good luck with them in the past. This shipping thing was just a weird anomoly.

Ian was awesome
Ian was awesome! Very nice and helpful. Was able to verify my return and help me out and got back to me under 10 min great service need more people like him!

Cooking with pretty Victoria!!! So much fun and enlightening!!!

Wonderful service
Wonderful service. Monica was very helpful. Everything arrived quickly and undamaged. Pricing lowered just after I purchased and Sur La Table straight away refunded the difference. Very impressed. My Halloween plates are beautiful!
