Patient, knowledgeable and accomodating.
Chris Hernandez was knowledgable about procedures and acknowledged that Sur La Table was appreciative of my business. He listened patiently to my issue and I had a lovely customer service experience regarding my transaction. The call reference number and the expected price adjustment discussed in that call were reiterated by email and I look forward to shopping with Sur La Table again.

Great products, Terrible email marketing
Great products, terrible email marketing. I'm not sure how many times I have to "unsubscribe" from your emails but can you make it stick for a change please?

I had an excellent experience ordering a gift!
I had a good experience ordering a gift off a wedding registry. The casserole set is beautiful and will hopefully be something special. I emailed customer service with a question and their service was excellent!! Darieel was very competent, nice, polite, and prompt. I also like that shipping is direct to the recipient of the gift. It makes a much more efficient shopping process.

Poor customer service no support after 30 days rusty tea kettle
bought a Le Creuset tea kettle from Sur La Table, and after only four months it started to rust. When I asked for help, Sur La Table said their return policy is only 30 days and refused to do anything except refer me to the manufacturer. While Le Creuset replaced the kettle, I remain unhappy with the product and Sur La Table offered no support at all. Very disappointing customer service — I expect a store like this to stand behind the products they sell!

I received a lovely gift
I received a lovely gift, but alas, it was damaged. Within a handful of days, Monica had a replacement shipped to me. Fantastic customer service! Thank you, Monica!

Excellent customer service
I have shopped at Sur La Table for years and love their products. I recently ordered a product which was defective but Joe at Sur La Table was on it and got me a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service and a continued happy customer.
