Excellent service.
Excellent service. Very pleased with the ease with which I was able to solve my problem. The tech support was seamless - very polite and professional. Having booked a home visit the ‘techie’ called me to discuss the problem and we arranged a mutual time for the visit. The job was completed with absolute satisfaction. Thank you.

Work around for an Attachment issue
It was 10pm (deadline was before midnight) and my son was unable to attach his music audition to send in. The error message said the file was too large. Vincent helped him to get it attached and sent. Thank you Vincent!

I am not a nerd
I am not a nerd, so using this app was a god send. Glenn was very efficient and soon found the problem, would highly recommend if u are like me and not a nerd it really is money well spent.
