It's great to be able to find a tech person when you need them. Supportwave makes that really easy. It's almost astonishing to watch their timer suggest someone will respond in 60 seconds - and it happens. The HQ is responsive, too.

I had an issue with several work emails not connecting to outlook app. The in-house IT departments could not figure it out over several weeks. I used nerdapp and they handled it in less than an hour, at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend. Service and resources they have to solve any IT issue is invaluable. Very quick to respond as well.

Nerdapp has really good remote tech support. They managed to quickly resolve my problem with my mac. Super professional and efficient, and nowhere near as expensive as the big companies. Highly recommended
