Total SCAM!! Avoid at all costs! Wanted ESA documents for my cat. This cat has a British passport & has flown across the Atlantic 3 times as live cargo. The amount of documentation needed for international travel with pets is an enormous, especially for the UK & EU. Support Pets don’t even send documentation!!! After payment, the sent a PDF (which I can’t print) filed a complaint. They said they would mail & have not received anything. They bombard my inbox with junk & do not respond to emails or calls about complaints. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It’s a SCAM!

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to respond. First, we want to clarify that Support Pets is not a scam. We are a legitimate company that has helped thousands of individuals across the U.S. access ESA documentation that complies with current federal housing laws. Regarding your concern: We do not offer documentation for international travel, and we do not claim to support pet import/export procedures or airline cargo regulations. Our service is focused on emotional support animal letters for use in U.S. housing accommodations. Our website clearly states that ESA letters are delivered digitally. Physical copies are available upon request, and we’re sorry if there was any delay in that process. If you haven't received the mailed copy, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can reissue it. Our support team is available 24/7 via email, chat, and contact forms, and we make every effort to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. If you haven’t heard back, please double-check your spam folder or reach out again — we’re happy to help. We also take data privacy seriously and do not intentionally send excessive emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our messages Thank you

I have ordered from your website for the last two years this being my third time. I renewed my pets ESA and this was the easiest and fastest turnaround time I have gotten my documents. Even though I still had to fill out the doctors questionnaire. Thank you again for the great service.
