Hi there Please note that our letters are written by licensed mental health professionals in full compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and applicable federal guidelines. While in-person evaluations are not required by law, all clients complete a clinical assessment that is reviewed by a qualified provider prior to issuance. That said, we understand that some landlords may have their own policies or may be unfamiliar with ESA regulations. We’ve supported many clients in Virginia and across the U.S., and our letters have been widely accepted. If you need more details, feel free to contact our customer support. Count on us
