DO NOT USE THIS SITE! First of all they say that you can speak to a live agent. That is false! There is no way to do so, and you can only speak to a customer agent using email and I have only been answered once and they did not help me. I have to move into a new apartment that doesn’t allow the generic letter. They have their own form that must be filled out. On their site Support Pets say they can get the letter filled out within 48 hrs. I even paid the expedited fee. It’s been seven days of me trying to get in touch with someone and even resubmitting my letter just in case and I have heard NOTHING. And I move in 5 days and I can’t even sign a lease without the letter, all things I’ve told them in the many messages and emails I’ve sent and still nothing. Do yourself a favor. Don’t mess with them

We also dont charge any "expedited fees" for the ESA Letter, since its an electronic document. Our ESA Letter is legitimate and we helped thousands of people across the US in the last 10 years.
