I recently renewed my ESA for my sweet Jolie. It was a fast and easy process. No hassles. I received my papers from the Certified Doctor within the same day.

It’s a relief knowing that I can bring my Kya with me whoever I go. Large crowds, especially in enclosed areas, make me nervous & my anxiety kicks in. Having Support Pets to help make this possible is a wonderful opportunity.

Save yourself the headache and frustration! I needed a form filled out for my rental application to have my ESA/PSA move in rent free. My doctor wrote me letter before going on vacation, but this apartment building wanted a filled out form and he wouldn't be back in time. I thought I would give this a try so as to not try to get a hold of doctor on vacation and it seemed super affordable. I even paid extra for the expedited service. They said it would only take 48 hrs. I let them know everything in my request for the doctor to sign the landlord's form. I even sent a copy of my doctor's letter and explained my diagnosis. That was seven days. I have been emailing every day and sending messages and speaking with live agents and when I asked for a manager I was told a "specialized" person had my information and would reach out to me. That specialized person reached out to me a day later to tell me AGAIN to wait 48 hrs. I'm confused and upset and wishing I had never gotten involved with these people. I've heard friends have better luck with Pettable or really any other company. Do not do business with them. I have half a mind to report the to the BBB. The conversations I had with their agents on the rare occasions that I could even speak with one were flippant and dismissive.
