They are so easy and effective! I previously used US Service Animals. I had a very bad experience with them (I wrote a review on them also. Lol) After my awful experience, I needed to find a new company and Support Pets was listed at the top of Google, so I gave them a try. The process is so simple. This really helps with my mental status. They ask you questions, but they give you answers to select from. This makes it so much easier and effective. After my experience at US Service Animals, I was extremely stressed and anxious about going through this process again. They made it pain free and I cannot state how much that has helped me. They got me my ESA letter and PSD letter in 24 hours, even though the website states 48 hours and it's Christmas. I expected it to be late. They also take HIPAA a lot more seriously. They do not give any personal health information in their ESA letter. That is not the case at US Service Animals. I highly recommend Support Pets! Especially if your mental health issues make it hard to talk to random providers, who may or may not want to help you.

They guaranteed documents in 48 hours. Didnt receive them, of course there is no # to call, only email. They created a "TICKET" for me and assured me they will come. I requested a refund, and they said they will get the documents, its been 4 days and I still haven't received the paperwork. Feeling scammed and I do not recommend this company at all!
