I was mistakenly charged twice for my products, and I got in touch with their support team and within a day they had removed the extra charge. I’m very pleased great service, and great support I would purchase from them again.

All documents are official. Had no problem with getting my place with the documents. Took longer for the certificate to be shipped as my phone died giving them the mailing address but the doctor paperwork was emailed to me next day until they corrected the issue with the mailing address. They did correct it immediately and responded with email less then 24 hours of me contacting them about the issue. My certificate I did receive after 3weeks!!! Highly recommend
