Terrible service and shady terms. I recently purchased ESA certification so that I could move into a new home with my dog. However, the HOA informed me they made a mistake and only accept Service Animal certificates. I reached out for a refund and according to Russell at Support Pet, they would only refund me a small percentage of the $99 that I paid. I informed them of the situation however it fell upon deaf ears. Beware and I repeat, BEWARE of Support Pet and their terrible terms and customer service.
