I got my documents finally! definitely doesn't come in the timeline that is quoted. You have to be willing to bug them a bit to make sure you get your documents. they have tech issues with their website and sometimes you have to retake the survey several times because they will say your results werent saved. my payment went through and i had to wait about a week and a half. i didnt mind too much more just something to be aware of if you need it in a timely manner. not the only one who has had this issue either.

My dogs name was spelled wrong on Certificates and doctors letters. I was told to print corrected ones even though I told them in multiple emails that I did not have a printer. Eventually they sent a corrected certificate but declined to have the doctors letters corrected. In addition I continue to get ads with the incorrect spelling of my dogs name. Their customer service needs to have one person dealing with a situation. I must have received emails from ten different people but no one really fixed the situation entirely.
