I've used Support Pets before with Marcy each time I've moved. This time may be the hardest. The Landlord is strictly anti pets & I'm hopeful he will see that Marcy isn't a pet, but a very important medical necessity to me. I have letters from my previous counselors also

The website leads you to believe that you will receive a hard copy of the verified documents and items that they promote. After you submit your credit card they inform you that they want another $144 to get the documents and items that they lead you to believe you would get with your initial order. It’s a total rip off!!! Avoid buying anything from Support Pets!

We have the electronic ESA letter, which is sent via email, as well as a physical certificate that we send to your home. We like to provide options to our customers. All Support Pets does is add you to a database and mail you a vest and certificate that mean nothing. Look it up yourself: "Do emotional support animals need database certification in the US?" (answer is no) "Can emotional support animals be kicked out of a store in the US?" (answer is yes, they can also be denied access in the first place) "Can emotional support animals go everywhere with you?" (answer is no) Don't waste your hard-earned money on this useless scam! Support Pets, you know as well as I do that all you're doing is taking advantage of people who love their pets.

Various laws, such as the Fair Housing Act (FHA), confirm their legitimacy and provide protections. Q: Do emotional support animals need database certification in the U.S.? A: No, ESAs do not require database certification. To be recognized by law, they must be prescribed by a licensed doctor in your state, as specified by the laws like the FHA. Q: Can emotional support animals be kicked out of a store in the U.S.? A: This depends on the store's specific policies. Since we have thousands of stores and businesses accross the country, all with different management and policies, the best way of checking that is contacting the business beforehand and discuss your situation. Q: Can emotional support animals go everywhere with you? A: ESAs don’t have universal access. They can accompany you in many places, but it depends on the policies of the establishment.
