I bought hp smart ink tank printer last month and the problem arising that I am printing pages and it start from corner of upper side and cover half page rest half page is blank .I fixed a date so that somebody will come and fix my problem.A technician came and give me useless excuses that it will not cm from ur phone etc And still I am facing same problem. Technician have no knowledge about their printers. Still I am facing problem and nobody is able to fix .

Assistenza pessima Mandato una prima volta il computer per una riparazione in garanzia. Mi è stato restituito dopo 25 giorni con una parte del guasto non risolto. Rinviato il tutto e dopo 10 giorni mi dicono che il computer è stato danneggiato nel trapezio non è più in garanzia. Morale uno schifo e poco onesti

Mi impresora dejo de funcionar y tras perder mas de 7 horas durante varios dias, intentando reconectarla de nuevo, no consegui que me atendiera nadie, te remiten al chat que dice lo mismo una y otra vez en bucle. Como la impresora no funciona he tenido que darme de baja del servicio. Ni que decir que la impresora va a la basura y por supuesto, se acabo HP para siempre.Lamentable.

Una basura de producto, una basura de servicio tecnico, una basura de servicio en general. NO recomiendo bajo NINGUNA circunstancia comprar cualquier producto HP en España.

Horrible phone customer service !

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice, kaum deutschsprachiges Personal, ein Ersatzgerät wurde mir wegen Defekt nicht zugesandt. Ich empfehle niemanden, direkt von HP zu kaufen, da man den Kundenservice total vergessen kann. Lieber von einem Händler kaufen, damit man seine Ansprüche da geltend machen kann. Bei HP spricht man leider nur mit einem Computer größtenteils.

It's impossible for me to find what I need on the HP website. When I call customer support, they keep me on the phone forever, waiting while they look up my account and my request. Today I was on the phone literally 1 1/2 hours. I would never do business with them again except that I need their printer and its 24/7 service line.
