Very disappointed. I’ve heard great things about Hp all through high-school and collage. I’m finishing up with school now and desperately needed a printer. I did all my research and came across with what I thought would be a perfect match for me, the HP DeskJet 4355. I’ve had this bad boy for not even 2 months! Every time I go to print something I’m some how disconnected from my wifi. Oh easy fix? NO!! It take hours to get it to reconnect to the wifi. It’s an everyday struggle. Not to mention when it does finally connect to the wifi it goes cray cray and prints a bunch of crap WASTING MY INK. Hp I’m a broke collage student either send me some new ink, a new printer, or give me the little money I spent on this printer back. AND BEFORE y’all say anything, I’ve been on YouTube, google, safari, Hp support and all to get this fixed. It’s a reoccurring issue I’m sick of.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile, je l'aurais fait. Mon imprimante ne marche plus après avoir changé de cartouche. Le support pour imprimante a été nul. La première personne qui m'a répondu a été agréable mais les 2 autres étaient impatientes, n'ont pas écouté et voulaient terminer rapidement la conversation. Je déconseille l'imprimante hp, et plus jamais pour moi, je vais me tourner pour une Brother. Dommage que les personnes qui répondent au téléphone sont à la limite de l'impoli.

Neuer Laptop mit Akku Laufzeit von gerade 60 Minuten. Support zunächst über BOT, der nur blödsinnige Anweisungen gibt. Dann persönlicher Chat, der nur wiederholte, was der BOT vorher machte, Erst aufgrund einer Mängelrüge zuhanden Geschäftsleitung kam Bewegung. Telefonische Kontakte erfolgen mit unterdrückter Rufnummer. Support loggte sich Remote ein und begann wild in der Registry und den Apps herumzufuchteln. Abbruch meinerseits bevor Schaden entstand. Erneut zuhanden Geschäftsleitung Annulation. Reaktion des Beschwerdemanagements nur leere Marketingfloskeln. Nach über 40 Jahren treuer HP Kunde kann ich nur raten: lasst die Finger von dieser komplett unfähigen Firma

Absolutely a shit show, an automated system running you through steps that get you no where except where they want you. To a credit card form. 100% a total pocket picking scam like I’ve never seen.

HP promised expedited 1–3 day delivery, then shipped my ink standard. Support refused to fix it, escalate it, or offer any solution. Terrible customer service and completely unreliable promises.

So much stupid AI robot prompts and when you do get a human they can’t help do anything. Completely useless. Sold my 9010 all in one printer and unsubscribed from HP INK.

Une honte, un service lamentable... 2h00 a tourner en rond avec une IA qui ne pige pas la question... ensuite je réussi a obtenir un agent par le chat... manip et remanip... il prend la main sur mon PC, il commence des manipulation et au bout 5 mn a disparu... rebelote le chat IA, de nouveau une connexion sur le PC, commence des manips et disparait 3 mn apres en laissant l'ordi en plan... un nouveau contact ... il veut refaire toutes les manipulations déjà effectuées a plusieurs reprises... monsieur il est 18h00 d'ici quelques minutes... on coupe, rappelez demain a 8h00.... je viens de passer une journée a rien ... et l'imprimante n'est toujours pas installée...

I lost my drivers for my printer and call the hp to fix it. They not only could not install the drivers but told me my computer was infected the viruses. They then want to charge me $400 to fix my computer but that would also install my drivers. Got a new printer for $200
