Absolutely shocking Customer service 2 cases raised still ongoing my backdated ink shipment has gone missing and im again on hold for the 3rd time trying to bet answers ,Whats even more frustrating they dont even read the issues raised ,

Ich verstehe all diese negativen Bewertungen nicht. Ich habe schon zweimal den HP Support bemühen müssen. Per Telefonkontakt kam ich schnell durch. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Alle meine Anliegen wurden sehr professionell erledigt. Ich habe einen Gamingcomputer, einen Drucker sowie einen 20 Jahre alten Scanner von HP wo ich jetzt gerade eben noch Treiber problemlos vom HP Support runtergeladen habe. Fazit: Ich werde weiterhin auf HP Produkte setzen.

Ordered an HP monitor from HP store, a Black Friday "deal". Installed it the day it arrived and it would not turn on. It appears from the feel of the on/off switch that it was defective. Online suoport was fruitless as the serial number on the monitor was not recognized as valid. After explaining the problem to AI assistant for 15 minutes I was transferred to a human being who spoke very fast with an asian accent that I found difficult to understand, and after 10 minutes of explaining the problem and 10 minutes of waiting I was told I would have to order a replacement monitor first in order to process the return of the defective one. The replacement was $20 more (because of original Black Friday pricing). I balked at this and terminated conversation. Called next day and after same AI-to- human runaround was finally given option of returning monitor for full refund. I have never experienced this low level of devious service for replacing computer parts, and I have purchased hundreds. I would not recommend buying from HP store.

ewige Wartezeiten und dann inkompetente Hilfe per Chat und Videotelefonat Bei der Fehleranzeige "Druckkopf defekt" soll eine Rücksetzung auf Werkseinstellungen und Neuinstallation helfen. Nach beiden Versuchen wurden die "Fälle" direkt wieder geschlossen. Der Fehler ist dann jeweils nach 3 Seiten wieder aufgetreten. Der Drucker ist 3 Monate alt. Ich hoffe, dass der dritte Kontakt dann in einen Austausch der Druckköpfe bzw. des Druckers endet.

Des voleurs, des incompétents, impossible d'avoir un agent au téléphone, si en indiquant qu'on veut passer une nouvelle commande et la enfin on a une personne mais qui nous transfert au SAV et rebelote personne nous repond... j'ai passé 15 appels, c'est une perte de temps! Et pourtant nous avons payé la commande le 15/10 et nous le 3/12 nous ne sommes toujours pas livrés. A FUIR, ne jamais passer par HP

In ewigen Warteschleifen gefangen (15 Minuten, dann 20, dann 35 und zuletzt fast eine Stunde). Erste Ansprechperson kann kein Deutsch. Ließt nur irgendwas von Bildschirm ab, was nichts mit dem eigentlichen Problem zu tun hat. Man wird mehrfach neu verbunden und landet schließlich beim selben Mitarbeiter wie Anfangs oder KI-Bot. Einzig die Verkaufsmitarbeiter sind freundlich und empathisch, können bei Problemen mit der Bestellung aber nicht weiterhelfen.

Positive points - good offers and it didnt take long to get through on chat. Bad points - The agent didnt answer my question, answering a question I didnt ask avoiding my question and then when I asked again he got offended and answered sarcastically. He did eventually answer the actual question I asked but when I pointed out that it took until now for him to answer he said he 'didnt like not being believed' in that his original answer was not enough. Given it was about a banking transaction lined to an order it isnt enough to ignore whether they have processed the order financially and whether I will be charged (as it was a lot of money). Instead he said he didnt see an order - that doesnt answer anything. He got really arsy with me when I pointed out he was being rude. He ended by saying I had come through to the wrong dept and that he was going to block me from chat ! The rudeness and hostility towards a new customer attempting to spend £1k on a new PC was unbelievable. It really put me off using HP which I was surprised about as they were an established and reputable company. They are ruining their reputation with their appealing customer service.

Simply put this service is a JOKE! You call support and you wait forever, then someone finally answer and then they disconnect you. If you do get through, they bounce you around and then you get disconnected again. It's people from overseas so you can't understand them. I bet they're laughing at us when they hang up! I tried to enter the log in address given with my voucher when I bought the computer from QVC and it says address not known. How bogus! HP, how about hiring people that live in America, since you are an American company! You should be ashamed of yourself allowing this crap ass customer service! People spend a lot of money keeping you in business. STOP THE CRAP!!!
