Placed an order November 19, 2024. Received an e-mail confirmation. After that: nothing. When viewing the order it shows it's been on the way since November 19. It is now December 18 and still nothing. They can't be reached by phone, which should have been a red flag. I sent an e-mail and received a reply within minutes with the same answer as the other negative reviews show. So I created a new order to find out where I had checked the Tampa area free delivery option. It turns out the free delivery is very misleading. The free delivery shows when you check out, but there is a down arrow behind that option which shows if you don't live in that area you will pay a ridiculous amount for shipping. Pretending you're in Florida but your office being in Wyoming is also pretty suspicious. I guess I will have to wait and see if I actually received a refund. I replied to their e-mail stating how misleading the shipping options were and received this message: "For the past couple of months the promotions team has had issues with some of the promotions conflicting with each other. We hope to have this fixed soon. Thank you for your feedback. I will pass it on to the team." Update: I received a reply from them on my review that didn't address the issues above at all.

Very suspicious of this website and all the reviews. Don't recommend it. Order placed. Received one text saying my order was being processed. No further communication for 4 days. I sent a text requesting tracking number and then received a text from TT saying I cked the local Tampa Florida box and that was incorrect and I was getting a refund. When I ordered there was no Tampa Florida box to check I was supposed to get free shipping. This company only responded to my text requesting more info. They did not initiate a correspondence which would have been the correct thing to do if I had "misordereed" which I did not. At least they're giving a refund and I don't have to dispute it. I don't recommend ordering from this company. I think they're a scam
