It wasn't obvious that sales are mainly B2B and/or wholesale and bulk purchases. It also wasn't clear that free shipping is only in the Tampa Bay area. Waited for over a month without receiving my order. Only after an email inquiry asking about my order did I find out it was never shipped. JJ responded to my emails and was clear and concise and timely - I'm impressed it wasn't just a canned automatic response - he was quite helpful.

Customer service was great! I made a mistake on choosing shipping, and it turned out that it didn't make sense for me as an individual to purchase through the Supply Center, but in the process JJ was super responsive in explaining and helping me to understand. If I were a business, I'd definitely work with this company.

absolute shitshow of a website, NO tracking NO phone number. Had to call Chase and cancel order after 1 month of not recieving it. Only email address was answered by a bullshit bot.

Top rate customer service! JJ did an excellent job assisting me. I had made an error in selecting a shipping method so naturally my order was delayed. When I contacted customer service, JJ explained the issue with shipping and then refunded me without any hesitation.
