Bait and Switch SCAM
I placed an order 12/2/24 that was over $40 and per their website qualified for free shipping. My order was confirmed. I emailed 12/11/24 to request a tracking number. Heard back immediately that my order was being refunded since I “chose the wrong shipping option of local Tampa Bay”—note I never requested to cancel my order and this is completely nonsensical. I live in Ohio and my address is clear in the order. Note how many high reviews here describe this same bait and switch. The high reviews are for REFUNDS. This is a scam to borrow customer money and appear to have high ratings. I’m pursuing with BBB.
