My review went from 2 stars to 5. 2 stars was for the amount of time it was taking receiving my order. 5 was for the super fast response I received from a staff member named JJ. Apologized, refunded my money, very professional.

Horrible!!!
Ordered products from supply center usa, Never received a tracking number, contacted them by email and never received a reply. This company is totally horrible to say the least., hopefully I'll have my financial institution reverse payment to them., and they can continue there horrible, low class way of business elsewhere!!!....Steer far away from this company !!!!

I had checked the wrong shipping choice and it caused my order to be cancelled. I was not notified of this!! When I finally contacted you, this person answered quickly and told me how to order correctly. I am now waiting for my new order. All is well.

They responded to my review very quickly!!!! I actually don’t think anyone has ever responded and taken action as fast as they did. It’s nice to know that a company actually reads these reviews and tries to fix the problem. I am very appreciative of the way they handled this.
