If you are West of the Mississippi River Don't place order if you see TB
Your rep, JJ, helped me learn more about your company and policy intricacies. I wonder why your default shipping center is TB after I have entered my address in California? Your literature says TB is the shipping designation for Tampa Bay city limits?? I will try again. Its December 29, 2024.

Sent email to inquire about my order…
Sent email to inquire about my order today 12/28/24. Will wait until Monday 12/30/24 for response. I received a email on 12/2/24 upon ordering as follows: "Updated December 2, 2024 This shipment is on its way." It appears that I did not see the "TB" (Tampa Bay) was for free shipping and do not recall another option when ordering. I will update this review when and if they respond.

Ordered 2 times from this company. No phone number to reach them and trying to email them ended with the same robotic response which didn’t answer my questions. Both orders were cancelled. Luckily I got my money back. They have good products, but can’t seem to deliver. Free delivery is only from Tampa, Florida.

I was thrilled.I could finally find…
I was thrilled.I could finally find these eye drops.There's the only eye drops on the market that don't make my eyes sting....and of course the USA banned them for some stupid reason... On eBay, they're like $30 a bottle.I'm glad I got them ay a "normal price"
