intolerable. My orders date from the end of August. I am told that I will receive them in 2 weeks then that it is delayed due to lack of supply. After that it should arrive on September 20. then September 28 and now they no longer know and no longer respond. I anticipate here the response of the site which will once again invent a banal and false response. I am ready to openly put here the emails I received and my online orders

Hi Karim, Thank you for your review! We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Our commitment is to ensure product availability, but as we rely on 3rd party suppliers, occasional stock shortages, delayed shipping, or damaged goods can occur. We strive to keep you informed of out-of-stock situations and their status, so you can take the affected products from your store and cancel and refund the orders if needed. Restocking dates are approximate and subject to change due to factors beyond our control. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll do our best to assist you.

Very disappointed with my experience! Spent hours and £100s of pounds to create the range of products for my store! When i was creating the products and setting prices it displayed the shipping costs as $6 dollars as soon as a customer placed an order it showed the shipping as $18 dollars triple what was represented for products that were already on the verge of being overpriced! Also they informed me (after hours of work and hundreds of pounds) that they cant ship any items to the UK without an EORI number. Something that i am unable to obtain. Supliful has wasted my time they completely misled me about the shipping costs and also the ability to ship items to the UK! Very disappointing service they are not customer friendly there is no contact number for them at all supliful is just a cash grab i would recommend looking elsewhere.

Hi Brad, Thank you for your feedback! Firstly, I apologize for any confusion you've experienced. All the information regarding our shipping rates and the EORI number requirement is available in our Help Center and outlined in our service terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of our users to familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions when opening a store. I want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously, however, it's important to recognize that this situation was not deliberate, and there was no fault on our end. While we have no phone support, you can always reach us at [email protected].

The shipping information is wrong, my customers from America received their packages after 12 days. My shop has suffered damage to its image. I got in trouble with the lawyer because the customers complained the packages are delivered to fedex in once a week, supliful must save money, shipping is the most important thing in a shop. I will uninstall the app and I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to start a brand, the labels are of poor quality, the delivery times are way too long. don't worry folks there will be better companies to come that will surpass supliful, better packaging, better labels, better shipping time...
Response from SuplifulAug 31, 2023
Hi Tommy, We're sorry for the inconvenience you've faced with shipping times and label quality. Our terms of use outline a 3-5 business day fulfillment process, followed by 1-3 business days for shipping. For orders placed on weekends, it might take up to 12 days (business days plus weekends) in total to receive the order. We take pride in our label quality and would appreciate photo proof of any issues to address them promptly. We understand your frustration and are working to improve both shipping times and label quality to enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your feedback.

Great concept, but shipping to Holland is 20 dollars? on top of that i need to pay costums tax.. and than also there is my own margin.. so i have to charge all those cost to my costumer, and i don't believe they would by 7 dollar worth of product for 40 dollar. So dropshipping is not really an option. Maby good option to get inventory and nice label design. But not dropship.
Response from SuplifulAug 25, 2023
Hi, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our shipping rates. We appreciate your feedback. Our international rates reflect the cost of reliable and fast delivery. We've carefully selected carriers to ensure your orders arrive promptly. It's important to note that our rates are based on total order weight, not individual products. This means larger orders often result in more cost-effective shipping. We understand concerns about customs taxes and margins affecting pricing for your customers. However, unfortunately, we can not affect the import tax and customs fee. Your feedback is invaluable, guiding us to enhance our services. For more information, feel free to reach out anytime.
