Dear user, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lead time for order fulfillment. However, we are not integrated with the TikTok shop and our terms of use clearly state that our fulfillment time is 2-5 business days. The countdown starts once the order status changes from "new" to "accepted." However, we are actively working on expanding our fulfillment center to offer faster fulfillment times in the future. Hi, Thank you for your feedback! We fully comprehend your frustration regarding the international shipping rates; however, we have changed the courier for international shipments, leading to an increase in pricing. Regrettably, we had to terminate our association with PassportGlobal carrier given the excessive shipping times (over a month), despite their lower pricing structure. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide cheaper shipping rates at this time.I apologize for the inconvenience!

While it is unfortunate that you encountered high duty taxes on your shipments to Thailand and Canada, we would like to emphasize that this is not a reflection of our products or services. Our Help Center clearly states that all products are shipped from the USA, and therefore customers outside of the US will be subject to customs and import fees. Customs fees vary by country and are influenced by factors such as the declared value of the items, local regulations, and import duties imposed by the destination country's government. Unfortunately, this is not something we can affect.
