They have a good concept and I like their customer service automation as they helped answer order questions. I do have an issue with their fullfillment which customer service sent me their website notice that said 1-4 business days. I will wait another day and update as I will have passed that window ir met that window. I think if you want to be 'Shop' certified they require fulfillment with in 13 hours so right off the bat I will not qualify for a Shop Delivery badge and from a customer pov, 2 weeks to get something is painful so not sure what to do. Nutricap may be good option if this doesn't workout for us because they do similar and we can own the fulfillment process if Suplifil can't. The only issue is we have to pre buy. It may be worth pre-buying if fulfillment consistently takes the max of their fulfillment range.

I have been a loyal customer of Supliful for some time, trusting their products for quality. However, their recent handling of a major pricing change has left a bad taste in my mouth. Without any real notice, they transitioned from their subscription models and gave customers only seven days to adjust. To make matters worse, they only sent a single “reminder” email two days before the change was set to go into effect, pretending that an earlier notification had been sent—which it hadn't (my e-mail only gets notifications from them). They also modified their Terms of Service without any notification. This lack of transparency and respect for customers’ time and budgets is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to value trust and reliability. For many of us, this abrupt change in cost structure affects not only our budgets but our ability to plan and run our businesses smoothly. Had they been upfront or provided proper notice, it might have felt less like a cash grab. While their product quality is solid, their customer communication and integrity around pricing practices clearly need serious improvement. Customers deserve honesty and fair notice, not last-minute surprises.

While Supliful does work, and the customer support has been pretty good I wish the process was better. I have over 300 orders over a week old that have not been shipped yet. Im telling you right now as a consumer, its okay if you cant ship in 3-5 days, you clearly cant. But just tell us how long it will take, if your real shipping times are like 7-15 days then just say that. Im going to have to change my shipping times on my website from 3-5 days to 12 days +. Im not asking you to be better, i get it its hard you dont have the infrastructure that other larger companies do, but then dont claim shipping times of 3-5 days when you clearly cant handle that consistently.

I placed an order for the new protein product on April 29TH, here it is May 14th and my order has yet to ship or any contact from Customer Service. Apparently, my order is on hold for some odd reason I don’t know of “something went wrong with your order, but don't worry - our team is already working on it. If we need additional details, we will contact you.” Yeah, no contact at all. I’ve emailed help@ supliful, the Founder, and even one of there assistance and still no contact. I’ve giving this company chance after chance and to my prevail my expectation are never met. There policy states orders a fulfilled within a week that’s not true. To be honest my consumer confidence level has decreased. I don’t know how some people have success with Supliful but others don’t. It’s almost like they want you to buy a subscription but even then can you trust you will get the service they promise when they can’t fill or communicate with there customer. I’ve spent money with this company in hopes to get a level of consistency in service before I go all in on there on demand product offering. If anyone reads this from Supliful please fill my order. If you’re a new customer and hopes to start or scale a supplement business with Supliful do your due diligence.

There is no customer services team and supliful don't reply to emails. They also remove products without notice causing disruption to my store. Very frustrating experience they could do better!

Everything was great using Supliful, the ease of creating products and a brand blew me away. However, their advertised shipping times are not reliable. I've had two samples shipped to Australia, they state shipping times are 4-9 business days. The first sample took 22 business days, the second one is yet to arrive and I'm on business day 15. I ordered something from AliExpress, which shipped from China and arrived quicker than my sample. I can understand a one-off delay, but two times in a row has made me lose confidence. It is a massive shame as I was hoping to target Australia, and will have to either scrap everything (meaning I've wasted about two months of set up) or rebrand. Hoping it's not the same experience for the US.

THEY DONT SUPPLY TO THE UK. This is not clearly stipulated on the App. So you may find yourself wasting time setting up an online shop and on Social media only to discover this when you're ready to process orders.

It's been almost 18 days since I ordered my product samples and to be honest. I still haven't received my order. In the application the product says items are shipped with two tracking numbers. When you search these numbers, it's says USPS awaiting item. It has said the same thing for the last 9 days. When I contact Kate in Customer Service. She states USPS is delayed and that's why I haven't received my product. Nevertheless, I am receiving my orders from other dropshipping companies in the US, right on time. So I have been in contact about this issues for some time and instead of them fixing the problem, or sending a new order with another carrier... all I get is apologies. I get so much apologies I could put them in a jar. I have contacted them so many times with no real solution but words. I just want my supplements. Just make sure you order a sample before working with this company. I am a small black-owned business and I have no idea why my products are taking this long, its just not a good start to what I wanted to be a long lasting relationship. I just wish I could get some real help but that doesn't happen here
