Hi Anthony, We apologize for the negative experience you've had with your order and understand your frustration. We assure you that we are not a scam company, and we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and would like to address your concerns. After investigating the matter, we found that your order was returned to us by Spanish customs. Unfortunately, they did not clear the supplements imported from the US and sent them back to the sender. We understand the disappointment and financial loss this has caused you, and we deeply regret any inconvenience. In an effort to address the issue, we have already processed a refund of the order cost to your credit card. The complications we have encountered with Spanish customs have resulted in consistent returns of our shipments, preventing us from effectively delivering orders to our customers in Spain. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to suspend shipping services to Spain until we can find a reliable and efficient solution to address the customs-related challenges.
