I've just joined Superpower but haven't had my blood draw yet. I've added medical history and they have helped me so much already make sense of issues I'm dealing with! I'm excited to see what the blood draw reveals and I know Superpower will walk me through it step by step. They've given me suggestions for other labs to fill in the holes that my medical history so far is missing. I've used Function Health and while thorough, there isn't much follow up after the labs are done. And Superpower is half the price! I'm so impressed! Thanks Superpower!

It's really interesting to find a place where I can easily get drug/supplement interactions for the items that I use. Since I have been adhering to Superpower advice, I am feeling much better, weight is coming off faster and I am spending less money on supplements.

Website is incredibly difficult to navigate. AI keeps taking me to same place regardless of what I ask. Can't find information I need or reply to coach or update information on the site so the AI keeps giving me the same information even though my health situation has changed.

Had a great experience for myself but within weeks, the customerservice has changed drastically. We have had to contact credit card company to dispute charges and attempt refunds for over $1400 of disputed charges Tried to sign up husband and had over charges of over $1400! Have texted and emailed customer service to respond ASAP and also to refund money. No response, no contact phone numbers to call. On my end, AI follow up and accessibility was great and prepared me for doctors appointment with many questions and summaries of what to say as soon as I entered the room as well as tests to discuss that were out of range. As a result, my doctor has scheduled several tests and I’m a new meds and feel like my healthcare has been tweaked in detail. That’s a positive, but the overcharges and lack of communication for my spouse has been the opposite case. Very erratic service, seems to be getting worse.
