I have been working with Superpower for three months now and I can highly recommend them. I have been so impressed with their recommended blood panels, more detailed than my usual primary care doctor requests. The AI feedback has been the highlight for me, just download your health history with test results like in my case chest X-rays, CT scans, brain scans, previous blood results and get great insights. Be sure to provide them with all you prescription medications and supplements and they will advise if there are any conflicts or recommendation based on your medical history. Can’t give them enough credit for recommending what to ask at future doctor appointments.

So far I'm impressed with the speed and clarity of the communication, at times it feels like I'm actually talking to a person. Navigating the information can be a bit of challenge, I was not able to just "see" my lab results, I'm a nurse and wanted to be able to access the labs at a glance, the format provides you with the info that they feel is important to look at. Once we got past the initial I have a medical background please give me everything with normal values it has gone very smooth. The "coach" is responsive and knowledgeable and the system pulls in details quickly. With further clarification on my end the response is adjusted. I still would like to be able to navigate the site easier but I'm happy with the purchase.

Came across Superpower last year. My wife and I got our blood samples done in southern Arizona and quickly got our results in the format style we were asked to specify: the results and recommendations were clear and understandable, and the AI tool has been simply outstanding. As a bonus, it synchronizes with my Garmin watch and Withings scale for a very comprehensive health outlook.

The blood tests are helpful to know potential aeras of concern, but the real "power" for me has been the AI insights that have helped me know what tests to ask my MD to order and why, and even to things like how to improve my sleep and reviewing the supplements I take without pushing me to buy more. My wearables are connected so I get insights from that, including how my 70.3 training is going, and I uploaded lots of previous lab results and the AI has been able to see trends that are truly helpful. When I am bored, rather than going to social media, I'll often go to the Superpower app and ask something pertinent to my situation and get more useful advice. I was a member of another lab service and even though it had more tests, I think Superpower has given me more control over my health. Highly recommend!

I signed up Superpower in March 2026. I was expecting to get some bloodwork done and take some supplements based on the bloodwork. Boy, was I wrong! Thanks to Superpower, I understood my current health situation and what was needed to pivot to an optimal state. I learned a lot about the body, bloodwork tests, supplements, health, dietary and lifestyle changes, and more. It helped me internalize the knowledge needed to take care of my health. With the Superpower team on my side, I felt powerful enough to take charge of my health, effectively navigate the healthcare system, advocate for myself, and prepare effective data points or summaries for doctors to solicit better-informed healthcare decisions. The Superpower AI is awesome; it helped me compare supplement alternatives, provide helpful insights and tips, optimize recipes, offer exercise suggestions, and more. It gave me insights and considerations that doctors missed; those insights and tips helped me make choices that put my health on a better trajectory. At times when I reached the human Superpower team, they were responsive and supportive. The only regret I have is that I did not know about it earlier and did not sign up for it earlier.

Superpower.com has been a huge part of changing my health at 52yrs old. I was low energy,overweight,and sleeping horribly. Signed up and recieved my first full blood panel in Jan 26. When I recieved results, had an incredible plan to recapture my health. This is the great thing about Superpower, you get in depth knowledge about what your panel means and ways to improve from diet,supplements,etc. Love how my health has changed these last 7 months!
