So hard to get any real service. Everything is AI. Trying to cancel and get a refund with a written response is impossible. The AI that talks to you instructs you to email or text and ask for a written response. Did both, got nothing. Will dispute charges and start the fight. I am beginning to wonder if any humans work there.

After paying for tests, the only locations for blood draws were Quest labs an hour away. There are three in my city but they wouldn’t let me use them. That was the first sign. The tests required 14 vials of blood, so they let you choose which test to perform, and schedule the rest for another day. That was the second sign of the degree to which they cut their costs I was about to find out. Deciding which tests and how much blood to draw should have involved a professional. It also included the retests which shouldn’t have been included yet, so I already have a lot of questions. I responded to a text message asking to speak to someone, and an AI responded. I told it I needed to talk to someone on the phone. Someone responded and said they only communicate over text or email. In healthcare if you’re going to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for elective tests, having a human to consult with is a requirement to insure the need, quality, and most of all your safety. They are choosing a hands-off approach to improve their bottom line. I got a refund and will be finding someone who will treat me like an individual, not just another lab results or transaction to process as easily as possible to make them money. Find a Functional, Naturopathic, or Holistic practitioner who will listen to you and work through it with you to find the right tests and treatments. Stick with it and don’t give up! Healthier days are coming.

My Superpower AI checks in with me, reminds me what to ask my doctor at my next visit, interprets my test results in a way that is easy to understand, and even has a sense of humor. I really can't say enough good things about this platform. It follows trends over time, alerting me to any concerns and offers suggestions. It understands my medications and their side effects. Highly recommend!

I have been using Superpower for two months now and I'm just blown away. I already trust it more than I do my GP. It is more thorough. It explains things much better. And it creates action plans that I can actually stick to. It has also highlighted a few things to ask my doctors (GPs and specialists), and those doctors have looked at me like I must have gone to med school (I didn't) when I asked those questions---so it is helping me converse with my medical team, as well. None of those things describe my GP, who spends a grand total of 7 minutes with me every six months. The blood tests that I bought through Superpower were useful, but I knew a lot of the insights that came out of those tests from my prior blood tests. It did highlight a couple of new things, but it generally was consistent with my other blood tests from the last five years. This being said, if you don't get annual blood work done, this might offer really great insights for you. Where I'm getting the most value is uploading every single medical report that has been issued on me for the last five years. I got these very easily from myChart. Specifically, I got my doctors notes and visit summaries from every doctor appointment I've had over the last five years and put those into Superpower. I also paired my Oura ring with Superpower so it could get real-time data on me. And I put together a spreadsheet with my supplements and exercise program and also uploaded that. And the insights AI gave me about those things, put together with the blood work I did through them, have highlighted some real areas of improvement for me. And all in an easy-to-understand and well-explained format. And it is saving me money because it has already suggested I discontinue a couple of expensive supplements I had been taking, noting that other supplements I'm taking are already covering my bases in those areas. So the $179 I spent on the annual membership has already paid for itself in my case. This is not to say that the $179 would not have been worth it even if it didn't save money, because it still would have been money well spent. I'm loyal. AI is scary in concept, but this level of insight is hard to ignore or pass up.

So far I am extremely pleased. Got important bloodwork back, and that helped me target diet and exercise. I really enjoy checking in with the AI every day (multiple times a day) it has helped me step up diet and workouts.

At first, I was a little apprehensive because there are so many companies out there offering labs and different programs, but superpower turned out to be top shelf! The whole process has been awesome! After receiving your lab results, the follow up to those labs has been amazing!!! I recommend this company to friends, Family, and my fellow healthcare workers!
