I’m very happy with my experience using Superpower. The results I received matched my understanding of my own health — including my high cholesterol and some red blood cell issues I’ve been monitoring. I’ve always wondered what kind of medication or treatment I should consider, and I really appreciate that the team took the time to educate me directly and recommend the right options. It saved me a lot of time compared to visiting multiple clinics. I’m impressed with how professional and informative they are, and I’ve already signed up my parents as well. Highly recommended!

I signed up for Superpower thinking I was doing pretty good for my age. Turns out my blood had other ideas. Apparently I’m one cheeseburger away from a cautionary tale. Superpower broke it all down in a way that actually made sense, like “hey man, maybe swap the butter for olive oil and chill out on the red meat.” It wasn’t judgy, just… honest. And yeah, I needed that. Now I’ve got a plan, some clear targets, and actual motivation instead of vibes. Pretty wild how much better I feel now that I can stop guessing and start knowing.

I received my bloodwork numbers, Areas that need work AND a plan to address those needs in less than a week. They have a great AI that answers questions quickly but access to a live person when you need it. I’ve never had this thorough an experience with my regular doctors. I highly recommend Superpower!

Finding locations for lab work is not easy at all. Search is only available by zip code and is not intuitive at all. When you cannot find a location near you, it forces you to pay additional $99 for in home testing. Update: Superpower customer service was able to help with scheduling. They also confirmed they are working on update to the website to search by zip code and address.

I try to be healthy and mindful but I am NOT someone who goes to the doctors. My experience with the medical industry has always been a bit lackluster, and I've been left feeling pretty unheard. Superpower has been such a breath of fresh air. I really appreciate the thoroughness of their analysis (and the explanations and additional information) of my initial lab work. The plan they put together for me is comprehensive and feels like something achievable. I'd also like to note the fact that all the information I submitted during the onboarding was worked into my plan, and they were able to identify potential connections from my lab work. Im very happy so far, and looking forward to seeing the results as I continue to utilize Superpower.

I recently completed a comprehensive lab workup with SuperPower, and the experience exceeded my expectations. They came directly to my home to draw the blood, and shortly after I received a detailed report on my overall health, including a personalized health score, biological age, and clear recommendations prioritized by importance. The service was professional, the analysis thorough, and the guidance actionable. I’m very satisfied and believe this is a fantastic way to take control of our health and make meaningful improvements in our lives.

Downloading ones labs is NOT an option dierctly from the website. Customer service is only thru text not phone. And certainly NOT immediate. One must wait up to 24 hours. If these are not an issue then you'll be happy. If the above is important then you'll find these shortcomings annoying.
