Superpower promised as part of their base package a 1:1 in person consultation with a longevity expert to go through your results and review the personalized plan and it wasn't true. False advertising. I do not recommend this service. UPDATE: I contacted Superpower and they did issue me a $199 refund, which I really appreciated. They explained that their AI bot had outdated information and that they no longer offer the 1:1 consultation. Honestly, if I had known that from the start, I would have chosen Mito instead, since they do provide a personalized consult with a real person. That said, I want to note that Superpower’s team was very responsive, professional, and courteous throughout the process. My main issue is simply that, without the human consultation piece, the service just isn’t compelling enough for me personally. An AI-generated protocol without the chance to discuss my lifestyle and personal challenges directly with someone doesn’t quite meet my needs.

Since my insurance made it nearly impossible to get this type of testing approved, the accessibility of Superpower.com was invaluable. The results included an extensive panel of biomarkers, providing me with an excellent baseline of my overall health. Beyond the data, Superpower.com delivered meaningful insights and a personalized action plan to support long-term improvements. I not only plan to follow their action plan ( which gave me a ton of amazing insight), but I will also continue using their service to schedule follow-up bloodwork so I can track how my health progresses over time. Thanks to their affordable model, I now have both the knowledge and practical tools to actively manage my health.

Blood test was super seamless, easy process, and the user interface online is fantastic. Really great data and insights. They don't just give you the numbers but they explain the meaning behind them.

Like most people, I’m incredibly frustrated with our healthcare system in the U.S. and am looking for alternatives to the annual visit that is nothing but a conversation and maybe some labs - many of which are not even covered by insurance. I paid $236 for a vitamin D test as part of my annual checkup. Enter Superpower. Twice a year I get dozens of labs for the cost of about 2 vitamin D tests through the local system. The labs give me my number and ranges for bad, normal, and optimal levels just like my local system. But then comes the report explaining what each lab is and why it’s important. I’m pretty healthy but thought I had problems with hormone levels (which my provider simply deduced as yes, of course, you’re perimenopausal). Turns out, my hormone levels are normal. But my issues with energy, brain fog, and lack of sleep come from low levels of things iron. Superpower recommended some supplements that I’m slowly introducing now (because they also tell you how to do that). I’m looking forward to seeing how I start to feel as they settle into my system and then seeing my labs in another 4 months. And finally, I had a bunch of questions about the supplements and the AI answered them all for me based on my labs. If I had any further questions (I did not), I could have reached out to my concierge. This is one key component of taking back control of my health and the costs that are out of control.

Love it! I’ve been so curious to learn more about what’s going on with my body beyond physicals and regular doctor visits. The dashboard has been super helpful and having actual detailed recommendations of things MY body actually needs has been great!

To say the experience has been life changing is an understatement. I know my family history, and with a growing family, for me this was a no brainer. The customer service team has been exceptional and has made the process incredibly easy. The blood work was done in 4 minutes at home, the results were in within 24-36 hours, the action plan was very detailed and received in about a week and a half. If I have a question, they're always there in multiple ways. Discounted supplements, 24/7 doctor support, and everything else that they're working on for the future??? I wish I could give more stars. Amazing experience

Really poor experience so far. Customer service isn't giving me an answer after a week, no one replies to the email keep resending. The actual dashboard promises all sorts of things and so many links don't work or say coming soon. A case of extreme marketing and not matching the product - stick with the more boring ones less focused on marketing.
