It is advisable to confirm the total cost of all features prior to signing up. Ask about all possible options! After committing to the $199 Basic SuperPower Panel testing, additional upgrades are offered, including the Advanced Panel for $189 and the OrganAge upgrade for $99. Knowing the full costs in advance would be beneficial before committing to the non-refundable basic features.

I've used Function Health for the last 12 months and was looking for a less expensive alternative. Unfortunately the testing that they provide with the $199 package is not nearly as comprehensive as Function Health ( not to mention Function Health gives you 2 visits). It's also annoying that they try to upsell additional tests non stop.

Hi Ura, thanks for your feedback. We love when people compare options - From what we know, Function Health includes about 100+ biomarkers in their first draw and around 60+ in their mid-year follow-up, for roughly $365 a year. Superpower includes 100+ biomarkers in the first draw and the same 100+ again at follow-up, so you can see your progress across the exact same markers from your original test for $378 total ($199 + $179). Pricing and structure can vary across programs, but we encourage everyone to do their research and find what feels like the right fit. We also hear your feedback on how the follow-on recommendations come through. We’re actively working on making them feel more relevant, personalized to your goals, and actionable. Once again, we appreciate the comparison - it pushes us to keep improving and delivering even more value to our members.

Easy and affordable way to get a deeper look at your health. A lot of doctors won't do extra tests if requested by us. The results are easy to understand and they have an action plan for your to try and make any improvements on future tests.

Ok, I’m not the best at writing reviews, but this program worked — and I want to share why. I’ve been dealing with health issues for over a year and getting lab tests through my regular doctors. My insurance isn’t great, so some of the costs came out of my pocket. Each time, the doctors said the same thing — that my lab work was “fine” and I didn’t need more tests. They failed to check the important things like hormones, inflammation, cortisol, etc. Basically, they told me I was fine and that it was all in my head. Out of desperation, I tried Superpower. It included all the tests I actually needed and was cheaper than what I’d been paying with insurance just for the basics. Long story short, I finally found out I had inflammation — and now I have a plan to fix it. Healing starts with knowing what’s really going on. If it weren’t for Superpower, I would’ve wasted more months and countless hours with doctors telling me I’m fine. Kudos to Superpower!

This has got to be one of the worst initial sign up and onboarding experiences I've ever had. Considering this company just received a $30m injection, you would think their partnerships with at-home lab companies would be more thoughtful. Waiting around for 2 hours just to have their lab partner cancel 5 minutes before the window ends is a WILD way to start off with a premium company like this. My own vetting of this lab partner also showed it was littered with 1-star reviews and customers who were not able to get their blood drawn on time. Jacob, Max, and Kevin - hopefully you still read your reviews. Deploy some of your capital to making the experience better and vetting partnerships. This is an awful way for a customer to start off with your brand.

Hi Zach, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that your first appointment with our at-home partner, GetLabs, didn’t go as planned. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to set aside time and then have the appointment canceled at the last minute, especially when you’re eager to get started. If we haven’t already waived your at home collection fee, please reach out to our Concierge Care team [email protected] so we can take care of that and make sure we make up for the inconvenience. We also hope you were able to quickly get rescheduled with our team and that your next draw went smoothly. We take your feedback seriously. Our partnerships with third party labs are evaluated carefully based on regional availability, cost efficiency (to help keep upfront pricing fair for members), and service quality. With at home draws, the visits depend on individual licensed professionals, so cancellations can occasionally occur due to illness or unexpected personal circumstances. That said, we continuously monitor performance and use feedback like yours to improve both vendor reliability and member experience. We appreciate you giving us the chance to make this right and to keep improving.

Easy process and excellent clarity. Not only do they test almost anything and everything, but the analysis of your personal results were second to none. They literally provide an Action Plan on how you can improve your markers that are sub optimal. I love this service and their app is great too!

...I’ve been through decades of routine blood tests that never really gave me the full picture. This program is different. It’s not just a “snapshot” — it’s a complete health map. From glucose, triglycerides, and cholesterol to hormones, vitamins, and inflammation markers, I now see how all the pieces fit together. What impressed me most was how the program and results were explained in plain English, with a direct connection to my real goals: weight control, better sleep, more energy, improved balance, and overall health. It’s clear, practical, and actionable. Instead of just numbers, I now have a roadmap for my health. It’s helped me understand where I’m already doing well and where to focus, and it’s information I can use in daily life. For anyone wanting to feel better, get clarity, and take control of their health, I highly recommend this program.

This service is fantastic! The process is easy and the amount of tests are incredible for the pricing. They also have an ai system where you can ask any questions you want related to your bloodwork and optimizing it. Highky recommended!
