Both my wife and I have our own Superpower accounts. I do not forsee ever wanting to be without this tool at my fingertips. We are seeing noticable results, both in blood test proof and also in how we feel and in symptom relief. I have been spreading the word about Superpower to all my family and friends. My sister in law is a retired MD. She tried it and gave it her official approval as a retired MD. I highly recommend Superpower.

I am so grateful to superpower, I am so glad I also got the advanced testing. I have PMOS (formerly PCOS) and I have a high chance of having insulin resistance which would lead to Type II diabetes. Luckily this caught it in the early stages before it becomes actual insulin resistance. It recommended a supplement and lifestyle changes I can make to reverse this. It also told me additional supplements to take based on my results, luckily a one a day vitamin and omega 3 is all I need besides the one for insulin management. Insulin resistance is usually not noticed until it has already affected blood sugar. I also used it to look into my sleep and it suggested magnesium and I’m sleeping so much better. For real, this testing and awareness can change your life and find things you didn’t even know about.

I’ve learned more about my health and supplements in the past few weeks on superpower than I have for years with my doctor. I considered that I had a very good primary care doctor that would generally go over my lab work and make recommendations. But their recommendations were always very generic. Superpower has provided exact actions to implement at specific times of day, including providing the explanation as to why. For supplements, it provided specific types and the why, and instructions of how to take that differed from the standard bottle instructions based on my body and my results. The most fascinating part is having the “why” explained in simple terms. I am loving this app and have already recommended it to friends. The blood draw was simple to schedule at Quest.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Superpower has been extremely disappointing. My wife purchased the Premium membership and completed her blood draw on May 18, 2026. We received a small portion of the results on May 19, but as of June 2, 2026, the vast majority of the biomarkers are still missing. What is even more concerning than the delay is the complete lack of customer support. Over the past two weeks, we have: * Called the only phone number available multiple times without ever reaching a human being. * Used the in-app AI assistant repeatedly, only to receive generic apologies and no actual answers. * Sent several emails requesting an update and clarification regarding the status of the pending tests. * Received no meaningful response. At this point, we do not know: * Whether the samples are still being processed. * Whether there was a laboratory issue. * Whether a specimen was lost or rejected. * When the remaining results will be delivered. For a company positioning itself as a premium health platform and charging premium prices, this level of communication is unacceptable. Delays can happen. Laboratory issues can happen. What should never happen is leaving paying customers completely in the dark with no access to a human representative capable of providing a clear explanation. The technology, marketing, and user interface may be impressive, but when a problem arises, customer support appears to be virtually nonexistent. I sincerely hope Superpower improves its communication processes because the current experience falls far below what should be expected from every healthcare service, even more from a premium one.

Really helpful addition to monitoring my health in ways I couldn't have imagined. I'd love more options for individual follow up tests to track my progression, but hopefully that will come soon.

Incredible results. A friend told me about who had transformed his health. I was gaining weight, eating relatively little, my weight was skyrocketing and was doing extreme exercising. Superpower started my bloodwork. My meds for my blood pressure shut down my metabolism and caused diabetic numbers. I got the doctors together and said you guys have got to coordinate. The most detail in the lab work. I am 82 have blood work done every 6 months for the last 40 years. The info has been life changing and life saving. The site AI is great! Having instant access to my lab work I can find out IF I need to stop start or continue a activity or supplement. I have made so many positive changes and actual progress. I cannot say enough good about Superpower. Needless to say I intend to continue with Superpower and continue making great progress.
