Superpower is amazing. It's ability to assess data and make it relevant to my personal information is amazing. It's recommendations and consolidated insight is better than I get from my actual doctor. LOVE IT!

I signed up for Superpower because they offered much more comprehensive testing than what usually comes with a yearly physical exam. I found out that my iron levels were out of whack which was something I never would have considered previously. With the help of my MD, I made some changes and now everything’s back to normal. I’m really glad I did this and can’t wait to get my bloodwork done next year!

I had already been paying closer attention to my health before joining Superpower, but the information was spread across different places. I had lab work from doctors, results from another testing service that didn't have the level of detail Superpower does, DEXA scans, data from my Oura Ring and Apple Watch... plus information about medications and supplements. Superpower gave me one place to bring all of that together. The onboarding process is detailed and takes some time. At first, I wondered why they needed so much information and got a bit frustrated with the amount of time it took. Once my lab results came in, it made more sense. The platform was not just showing me labs like a couple other platforms out there... It was giving me a better look at the full picture of my health. I like that Superpower explains the results in plain language and gives me the option to speak with a health professional about them. They also have the option where you can list any medications and supplements, which makes the recommendations feel more useful and connected to what I am already doing with my healthcare team. Being able to upload past labs and DEXA scans, while also connecting data from my wearables, has been one of the most valuable parts for me. Instead of trying to piece everything together on my own, I can see my labs, sleep, activity, and other health information in one place. I still believe this level of testing and support should be easier to access through regular healthcare and insurance. Until that changes, Superpower has been a very helpful tool for understanding my health more clearly and making better decisions. It also helps that my PCP is open to seeing the labs and such from here since they are drawn at a nationally recognized lab.

I took a year researching how to get a better idea of how I was going to get a more comprehensive view of my health. Standard blood work from the PCP wasn't covering everything I needed and I was getting billed even though it was supposed to be covered as preventative care. I found Superpower and did all the comparisons of other companies, only to learn how "kick-butt" Superpower really is. I've gotten my labs done by them for the first time, and WOW, super informative platform, easy-to-navigate app/website, and very responsive. I've learned so much and feel like I have a medical pro in my back pocket. If you are a person who is determined to get healthier, want a solid picture of where your numbers are, and you love learning, then Superpower is made for you. I always felt like something was off and my doctors were missing something. I started with Superpower 6 weeks ago and even though it is early, my only complaint is that I didn't start sooner! It looked at my plast blood work plus the new ones they ordered and wr came up with a plan. Between the supplement recommendations and drafting letters and things to tell my doctor this has been a complete game changer! I doubt many people know just how powerful it is. I know there is a big AI part of it, but between checking in and telling it what I am feeling and it looking at my watch metrics we have been able to troubleshoot so many of my issues that no doctor could. I am looking forward to a repeat blood test and seeing the progress I have made with my iron, thyroid, and my hormones all things Superpower is helping me with and reassuring me the endless fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, and sleep issues isnt just in my head. I already feel better in 6 weeks and now I am hoping the numbers are there to back it up when I retest. Thank you Superpower! Stop waiting and do it!

The good: The level of insight you get from the lab draw is outstanding and the AI assistant is great at going over all results in depth. The bad: Their customer service is seriously lacking. They tout a concierge service but it is almost non existent. It’s very frustrating having to deal with it as there is no phone number or actual human to speak with when there are issues. If it weren’t for their customer service I’d have given 5 stars.

I was skeptical at first, but did it anyway. I'm glad I did. I'm trying to manage a couple conditions. I ordered the basic blood panels, fed 10 years worth of doctors visits and labs, and even a DNA test I had done. It returned a complete picture of my health, including looking at how certain labs have changed over the years. It returned a comprehensive interpretation, a behavior plan based on my preferences, and an action plan. It suggested a couple supplements. They do sell supplements, but they did not "push" or base the service on my purchasing their products. I learned more from this app than I have from family physicians for the last 40 years.
