Discovering superpower was a game changer. For so long I was not feeling well but after testing with superpower and getting on a care plan I have started to feel so much better it is incredible. I’ve tried both InsideTracker and Function Health in the past. While they are decent services, Superpower is on a completely different level when it comes to personalized care. I track my sleep using a Muse S Athena headband—which is an awesome medical-grade device—but I didn't notice about my deep sleep problem until Superpower’s AI concierge and clinical team looked at my biomarkers and immediately flagged my metoprolol medication as the hidden culprit. With their 24/7 support, I managed to safely fix the issue and reverse the damage to my sleep. If you're tired of generic health advice and want real, personalized answers, I can't recommend them enough.

This is an amazing experience. Not only can I get many blood testing panels my doctor won't/can't give me, I have an AI (written by a doctor) that reads the results and puts it all together for me. The AI patiently explains each test and what it means. It has helped me with a new sleep schedule, use of supplements more suited to my body's needs, and even recommended exercise for my age. This is a fantastic tool for taking control of your health and well being. I'm so glad I found SuperPower. As a senior, typical medicine brushes me off. But with this powerful tool, I can resolve many issues and recognize serious problems early and even mitigate them myself.

Superpower has given me the peace of mind to know that the major changes I have made to take control of my health ( Strict Carnivore for one year+, eliminating all prescriptions including statins, major weight loss, etc) are all working based off of over 130 biomarkers compared to a previous 11 year history of labs I uploaded for into their app for analysis. Together we have made a few tweaks to my daily routine. To this point there are not enough good things I could say to recommend SuperPower! I would give 10 stars if that was an option. The best $199 ever spent!

I'll admit i was a bit upset when I signed up and started inputting all my info. the initial test isn't cheap, and the recommendations for additional tests was a huge frustration for me. it can get extremely expensive for someone trying to get a full health picture. so know what you really want to learn, then decline everything else. at least it isn't a pushy salesperson who will be persistent. my test results were timely, and they won me back over with the info and detailed explanations. I started to feel like i had access to a medical professional who doesn't get annoyed at incessant questions, isn't judgemental about things you tell them, and patiently explains things you might not understand. you might have supplements recommended, no pressure to purchase from them. If you are sincerely wanting to improve your health, Superpower is the place to start. no more trying supplements and hoping they'll work. this and follow up retesting will prove it. i am going through supplements in my cabinet and tossing things after conversations about "combo" meds, etc. Blood work like this should be covered by your insurance, and it should be done at a younger age to prevent long term health problems. Me and the AI agent are going through all of my supplements, talking about effectiveness, quality, and strength. I feel better than ever at 61, and now my husband is going through the process after I gifted him the father's day special. he has digestive and heart issues, and we are beginning to understand why some people still die young even while on meds that keep bp and cholesterol low. the AI agent will recommend things they don't sell, and will guide you through finding the best quality supplements. as an example, my husband was using beet juice for heart health. turns out we were wasting money on ineffective beet juice. it isn't easy to find quality beet juice, and now I can make the health shots that are pretty expensive to purchase. Superpower has helped me improve my sleep tremendously. I was taking melatonin and magnesium complex. now I take extended release melatonin and separate magnesium pills after learning my deficiency and why a complex won't work. i justify the cost by realizing I won't be going to the doctor as often with my complaints, now that I'm getting the results I was seeking. we also will be saving money by not continuing purchasing things that really aren't helping us. if my adult kids will do this, I will purchase them a Superpower test for a gift. Superpower doesn't judge or dismiss my use of a frequency generator for sleep, or my experiments with peptides (weight loss, sleep, etc). i highly recommend Superpower if you are serious about improving your health. there are areas that could be improved. it's not always easy to navigate back to previous conversations, but i learned to ask the AI agent and it takes me to it. a tab to take you to the summary of your recommendations or physician summary if you asked for it to share with your PC would be nice, but again I learned to ask the agent for it. Now if they'd add the genetic testing for methylation genes.....

This is a good place to start digging deeper into your health, and determining what to pursue in your lifestyle and medical care.
