As an African American women I was very reluctant in trying Supercuts in egg Harbor twp because most of the stylists in that day were Caucasian but the supervisor on duty said she had worked with our type of hair so I decided to give them a try. So my services was a color ( black) and a pixie her cut. My hair turned out great and I was very happy the only complaint I have is the stylist got color on not only my clothes but my $325.00 Michael Kors pocket book that I didn’t notice until I got home.. so that cut cost me $75 +$10 tip plus the price of my purse ... so I only gave 3 stars.... A supervisor should know better I think.☹️

I would like to let the management of supercuts at the Doral location 9771 nw 41st st that I I'm a loyal customer and also that salon is very organized and comfortable to go to especially with the staff they are very professional and friendly especially my hairstylist yordelis shr is awesome and a asset to the franchise

My experience with Supercuts in Denver has always been better than average. When the salon at the Mayfair Plaza closed, I followed my stylist, Devan, to the East Townbridge location. Devon listens to my vision of how my hair reacts to cut and product. She gives me good advice and, most importantly, great haircuts! Veronica

This haircut is really poop. The back of my head looks like a taco shell. And my sideburns look like a step stool. My hairline looks like a mountain range and I am very disappointed.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this upset in my life. I went in wanting a TRIM. And I proceeded to hold my fingers and inch and a half apart. The woman, decided she was going to cut off 8+ inches of my hair. I had explained previously , how I didn’t want layers and I hated having short hair. Yet the woman did it anyways. When hair is the only thing about yourself you liked, this is more than just a bad haircut.

Had my hair styled by Helen at Supercuts, in Yardley today. Am so pleased with the result as usual, I recommend Helen and this salon to all my friends.

Black woman denied service at Supercuts. On Sunday, Sept 8,2019 i went into my community SUPERCUTS. All seemed well as i sat down relaxed and waited 30 minutes for my turn. My name was called i was excited! But my excitement turned to a crushing end when a stylist, Natomi, asked "what can i do for you?" I said . I would like a pixie cut. She then said, "whats a pixie cut?" I said, "oh? If you don't already know what that is, thats ok. I will just take a lineup." She said, "i will know after you tell me." I said a lineup is fine. She then said, " i see you don't feel comfortable, and i don't feel comfortable, i am gonna have to ask you to leave." I said, i just came for a haircut like all these people in here to have a positive experience, im confused? She then said, " I'm going to ask you to leave my chair." I leave her chair and walk out and the door man said? What happened? I said.. "discrimnation happened. " He, the door man/owner of the franchise, named Nick, said..."Don't come back here again!" And began dialing on his phone to call the Allen police on me. I said, your calling the police? When i was the one discriminated against in your establishment? For what? He began talking on the phone to 911 dispatch, because he took down my license plates.
