Maria knows what my likes, dislikes and my cowlick. Her and I have a relationship with my hair and also keeps me from getting to extreme with choices. We converse about our families. She treats my wife and I as family. I consider it a pleasure to know her and how she keeps my hair looking as good as possible, always!

Don’t go to white rose leeds, I’m almost scalped now from trying to disguise the missing chunks, they ignore what you ask for, it’s the worst cut of my life and I’m not young.

I walk in already waiting an hour, then when I was next in line the barber called up another person.I was so frustrated not only have I wait for an hour the completely ignored me too.

10/11/2019 I went to Supercuts with my daughter. The stylist was a very nice person, she did great highlights at my daughter’s hair, but I also payed for straighter dry. She can not use straighter iron. I had to redo it at home. Also I did color my roots with straighter iron dry. She couldn’t do either. My hair ( which I dye blonde ) ame out like a light brown. I had to buy L’Oréal excellence 10 and did myself, which turned up great. Also again the straighter iron, she couldn’t do it. Was horrible. I end up paying almost $200 for a really crap job.

Dalia😊 who I spoke to today in Warren, MI location listened to my concerns when I inquired What happened over there? Why was my husband treated so terribly? My husband came there for a refund. She said I don't know. You guys keep getting a refund or something again? I said This was our first refund. Last time I wasn't able to get a refund after some time passed. The refund my husband got today, none of it was ever opened or used. We changed our mind is all. We can find someplace else we don't need to come there anymore.( I didn't tell her actually we do. It's closest to home ) She said I'm sorry about that sweetie! I said Ok. Thank you. That is so much appreciated that Dalia apologized to me, and showed compassion to me a concerned customer who's spouse was treated rudely and bullied by one of her employee's. We weren't being deceitful like some woman believed we were. She bullied my husband, and was rude and condescending. We never want to ever experience any negativity like that that again, when we didn't do anything wrong or deserve it. Dalia made it better. I want everyone to get a haircut from Dalia, and experience when she's focused, in her element, and gives a quality haircut that will make you a pleased repeat customer like she's accomplished with me. She did an excellent job at cutting my hair both times, and sure impressed me. Thank you.

I have always had a wonderful experience and a fantastic haircut & highlights with Annette Roberts. She listens to what I want and does exactly that.

I have the best stylist in the world, Sandy, at the Coral Ridge location in Coral Springs. She highlights my hair better than any other stylist in my life. She really cares about how it comes out! I would never go anywhere else. She makes me feel pretty when I leave. She definitely deserves praise for being fantastic!!!

I am so upset... I went for a simple haircut didn’t even get blow dry when I tried flat ironing my hair today it looks awful different length etc. I went back and they tried fixing it but just looks aweful
