Billing error with Unlimited subscription - double-check your receipt! I recently signed up for a Supercuts Unlimited subscription at this location. Despite explicitly requesting the yearly plan, I was incorrectly registered for the $21.99 monthly plan. I had to contact corporate support to rectify the billing error and move me to the correct annual tier. This onboarding mistake was incredibly frustrating and required unnecessary effort to resolve. If you sign up for a membership here, I strongly recommend checking your receipt immediately to ensure you are enrolled in the correct billing cycle.

“I was just at this salon (universal drive north haven Home Depot plaza )and had a disappointing experience. There was only one stylist working at the time (a woman with a nearly shaved haircut) while a long line of customers was waiting for another colleague to arrive. Instead of managing the queue efficiently, she spent a lot of time talking about personal stories with customers already in her chair. I also felt that some customers coming in to ask about appointments were treated rudely and received unfriendly looks. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to return to Supercuts if this same level of service continues.”

Staff seems quite unfriendly, we spend our money and tip yet it seems very unappreciated, vibe is somewhat toxic. I however need to say my two cuts from Sydney were awesome and she is a wonderful woman. If you go choose her. Do yourself the favor.

I called customer service to find out discounts or any offers were available near my location. The rep gave me inaccurate info about my appointment citing that one location had 2 spots available and that they'll be able to take me in even if its within 1 hr of closing time. I arrive at the location only for the reception to tell me that they wouldnt be able to take me in and that my spot was moved to next morning which does not make sense.

Not going back. Quonset Supercuts, RI. I have short, very curly hair. The stylist was clueless because first off, she used a spray bottle to wet my very curly hair. I ask her to shape it up for me so that it doesn't stick out on the sides. *Spray spray spray* I said you have to cut my hair dry. She told me that my hair will shrink down once it dries. WRONG. My hair poofs up as it dries. She didn't listen to me. I told her I look like Frodo Baggins. It was all misshapen, and asked could she fix it? She said she didn't know what else to do for me? 🤔Huh?? Isn't she supposed to be the professional?? I had to tell her where to cut, some from the sides so I don't end up going from Frodo to Bozo. Welp. She did an AWFUL job. I told her it was good enough, because, "she didn't know what else to do for me" anyway. I paid her, AND even tipped her $10 (why, I don't know. Being too nice, I guess. That haunts me). Never again. Won't go back. And no pictures. I look frigging awful.

Why offer appointments if you don’t keep them? Apparently there is really no point in making an appointment. This is the second time I had a scheduled appointment yet still waited close to an hour.

It's often hit and miss - this was a miss. I specifically said I didn't want a "sugar bowl" cut in the back; I wanted a "V" jagged, not straight across. We discussed it. Guess what I got. Perhaps they don't know the alphabet? It's straight across, I look like every little boy. NOT a good look for a middle-aged woman. It will grow out in a few months. I won't be back.
