Do not bother making an appointment on-line. They do not honor this in Tamarac FL. Walk-ins take precedence. My hair stylist is excellent and friendly. Very disappointing.

Sadly, Supercuts does not allow returns on products. I am unhappy with the Paul Mitchell hairspray because it smells bad. I dont like the Kendra spray leave in conditioner because it is awkward to use and had high levels of overspray. I used both products once and was denied a return. Unhappy, disappointed, and won't buy product from Supercuts. Beware!

Why is it that you can't set an appointment at Supercuts? My time is important to me, and I don't want to sit and wait for an opening. If I sign in online, it's for a later time that day, but can't make it for a different day. I have things to do in the morning and need to be the first customer in line when they open.

Customer Services Needs Improvement. The stylist/manager? did not speak to me except to guide me to the chair and offered for me to take off my mask so that she would not ruin it. She drug her shoes making it clear that she did not want to be there as well as taking her sweet time to retrieve supplies needed to perform the service (I assume she was talking with the other person eating her chips poking her head out). Later, while gabbing with the other stylist while washing my hair, she protruded to have an unprofessional conversion with the other stylist about personal matters that I did not care to hear about. And last, her personality did not brighten up until I was paying my tab (which was not cheap & yes I still tipped in spite of it).

Great concept, but execution lacking. Turnover is so high at these locations it hard to get a consistent haircut.

As an African American women I was very reluctant in trying Supercuts in egg Harbor twp because most of the stylists in that day were Caucasian but the supervisor on duty said she had worked with our type of hair so I decided to give them a try. So my services was a color ( black) and a pixie her cut. My hair turned out great and I was very happy the only complaint I have is the stylist got color on not only my clothes but my $325.00 Michael Kors pocket book that I didn’t notice until I got home.. so that cut cost me $75 +$10 tip plus the price of my purse ... so I only gave 3 stars.... A supervisor should know better I think.☹️
