Go to supercuts eldon square newcastle every 4 weeks for wash,cut & blow dry. Staff couldn't be friendlier, great service and all girls there lovely. Always interested about you and very professional, I see Sophie everyime as she knows exactly what I want and does 100% perfect job! Seen other stylists if Sophie off and they did good job too. Really lovely shop with very friendly, expert staff. Would definitely recommend. Pat.

Didn't listen to instructions. Unfriendly. Worst haircut one ever had. Had to go home and completely buzz the rest off since I couldn't trust them to even do that because it looked horrendous.

Supercuts reading - not even worth 1 start but can’t give less!! Charged full adults price for a child’s hair cut. Was told it was because she had long hair. Her hair is straight and 1 length. 4 inches required to be cut off with a wash and dry!! Charged me full cost of an adult when child’s prices for a cut are advertised “from” £9.95 so if the “from” price is used it cost £20 to dry a child’s hair!! Miss advertised and staff are so rude. Asked for the email address of the franchise owner and shock horror it was wrong. The other hair cut for a 11 year old was not even cut correctly!! The hair is thick and not a section cut in sight! Could have done it myself

i like the back shaved but the rest cut girly said do u want sides done i agreed thinking it was just maybe just getting rid of strays and once she started shaving i couldnt stop her as now the other side needed doing when i got home i went to style it myself as she took no time to do this it was uneven and she had basically cut the top to short to style she had given me a mans cat now i have to go else where to get it fixed not sure how they will fix it though

Supercuts - Walthamstow... been coming here for over a decade, despite having moved out of the area many years ago... Reason I am still with this saloon is my ever so talented, super friendly hairdresser. If you looking for someone with exceptional scissor skills, then Fig is your woman ....

My experience was awful! Went home to discover my hair was different lengths. One side was almost two inches shorter. When I went back I was told I have to wait!! I will never be returning and I definitely don't recommend anyone to ever go there!!! Worse place EVER
