The Temple Valley location has recently become an aberration, primarily due to the current staffing. Granted, this is a tough location to make a profit, but abusing the reputation and reliability of established procedures is not a path to improved profitability. Oct 31, this outlet closed early to "celebrate " the holiday...Haloween???when did Haloween become a holiday that warranted early closure? This morning, I attempted to make an appointment, but was told that the a schedule was full until 1045. Fine, but when I attempted to book 1045, I was told to just walk in. When I asked why I could not leave my name, I was informed that "they" were not taking any appointments. If that is the case, just say that; I don't need to jump though hoops unnecessarily to get the point.

Susan Drummond is the only white girl I trust to cut my hair! I have never been anything but thrilled with her talent and customer service! Never let her go she really knows her stuff! Love her❤️

Worst place ever! Rude rude staff!! I called to say I was charged for something they didn’t tell me about, and he goes so you wanted a braid free? Then I said I won’t be back and he said good I’m glad you won’t be back and hung up on me. Unreal!!! Thanks Joey in buffalo grove!!! Hope you are teaching your kids how to be this rude!

I said a trim.. 5 inches later Im mad as hell!!!! I asked for highlight.. They said oh it's expensive..as if I was poor!! Degrading embarassed and disgusted.

Zoila in Aventura is the best! She does a great job and is a super nice person. Hiring a receptionist (Irene) for the Aventura location was a great idea. Before that the stylists had to be receptionists and stylists at the same time. Not a good business plan. I hope the owner keep Irene, she is doing a great job.

I just left the Supercuts on Central Avenue in Knightsville, SC. As always, the cut was exactly right, my stylist was kind and friendly, and I'll go back!

I want to give a zero score. The dresser was soooo rude. She pushed the trimmer on my head with so much force that it cud almost injure me. I cudnt help help moving my head a lil bit while getting the cut, but she was just rude about that, telling me rudely to keep my head straight. Its the supercut at s Michigan avenue. Never go there unless u wanna see a person getting out her frustrations over u using the trimmer. She never even bothered to comb my hair

I recently made a visit to the Super Cuts located in the Rivergate area. Upon entering I was greeted with friendly customer service and logged into the computer by Simone. I was then introduced to my hair stylist Traci to whom I showed a picture of what I wanted done, and she executed the cut exactly as expected. Would definitely recommend 5 stars, and the PRICE was on point.
