Went in for a scissor haircut and the stylist sheered me with clippers. I have virtually no hair left. Worst haircut of my life. It will take a month plus to grow back

I feel I've had an absolutely awful experience at high Wycombe branch. The price when asked was £24 which included cut, conditioner and blow dry. I went for this but when it came to blow drying she stopped halfway through and said the price would now be £34. There was no explanation for this and when I said I wouldn't pay the extra as they had already advertised it as £24 ( on a massive poster in the window) they said they wouldn't finish the blow dry so I left the salon in winter with half wet hair. Very very unprofessional and wrong and I'm sure trading standards would not be happy Avoid at all costs

Booked online for an appointment in Uxbridge that had a £5 deposit. After waiting 30 minutes after my booking time had passed, the women said that I would have to wait at least another hour and that I would not be able to get a refund. The ladies were rude and the haircut was not straight or even and I was charged additionally for nonsense charges that I was not told about upfront. On top of that I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the salon let alone the lack of Covid safety measures. Will not go again.

Avon ct, just had color and cut with stylist Stacy, very nice, positive and wanted so much for me to love the style and color. Very very pleasant and I was very pleased with the results. Thanks much. Great job.

Ashley did my hair and she is very nice and talented.

I called and made an appointment over the phone. She confirmed my appointment and there were no other instructions involved. As I walk in to the place at my appointed time, a cranky woman comes up to me and said “do you have an appointment?” Yes, “did someone call you” (very snippy) No I replied. “ well she still not done with her customer you need to go wait in your car and someone will call you when we’re ready“. What the .... I thought. So 15-20 minutes later I got a call. Now, The girl cutting my hair was not the same bitchy girl thank God. The haircut I am satisfied with young girl did a decent job. I feel sorry for these people that have to be subjected to the verbal abuse and unprofessional conduct. So When I go to pay I asked for some shampoo and she says they only have the small bottles I mentioned that I usually purchase the big ones. she said “ we do have some outback” She returns with the big bottle of shampoo which I was very happy about. Then from the corner of the room that that same bitchy girl yells out “you can’t sell that.!” The nice young girl helping me look very confused and puzzled. I asked why can’t you sell it? And she barked back “we’re not allowed to”. I’ve always purchase product there. It appears that that woman was either the owner or manager and because of her rudeness and unprofessional way of handling customers I will never go back. I felt like I was being punished for coming in there. This is what happens with franchises like this. they hire young people out of school work them hard make money off of them And when they quit, they do the same again it’s a revolving door of being bullied and Hen pecked by these owners. At least this particular site which is in Belmont NH in the BELKNAP plaza. Never again!
