I recently got a haircut from Linette Cresta in the Rio Grand, NJ location and she was fantastic! As was my haircut! Before meeting Linette, I’ve been very loyal to my local stylist at home for 10 years but Lynnette is now my new #1!

I am very unhappy with my haircut. The lady did my haircut in hurry. I don’t remember her name. She booked me Before closing and another customer at the time of closing. She ruined my haircut. Also did not wet my hair before cutting. She asked me before But Was hoping for best results and believed her that wetting the hair before cutting them won’t affect my haircut. She finished my hair cut And styling within 10 mins. I am very unsatisfied with the service. I cant do anything before I get me new hair. Will never recommend anyone else. Sorry to say this. All I felt is she was trying to get rid of me as she has booked another guest.

We visited the Merry Hill branch of supercuts as we were in the centre and my two year needed his hair cut. There was no one in store and the lady said she could cut his hair. There were no price lists visible outside the store but the lady told me that it would be £12 for a trim plus a £3.60 covid security surcharge! This is where I am at fault, because I should have refused and walked out at that point because £12 for a trim for a two year old is expensive in our area anyway and the surcharge was outrageous, but alas, I didn’t have the nerve to walk out so I did the brutish thing of saying that was ok while seething internally. The lady out on a plastic apron, clipped her mask behind her other ear-it had been hanging off one up to this point, and put on a visor-not entirely sure this was £3.60 worth of ‘security’- and preceded to cut his hair. Granted two year olds must be difficult to cut because they don’t sit still, but my son has had some really good haircuts at other salons, but this is hands down the worst haircut I have ever seen in real life. I thought her style of cutting was a bit odd, but as his hair was damp when she finished and she had combed it, it didn’t look too bad when we left the salon. Once it dried the true horror was revealed. Honestly it’s awful. I never write reviews like this, but it was atrocious, no wonder they had no customers.

They suck they promised me that although 15 minutes late that I could still come on my scheduled time when I came it was like they had brain loss they completely forgot I called to explain my situation and just threw me out like garbage horrible don’t go there

The individual who cut my hair spent the totality of the 20 minutes I was there complaining about: co-workers who didn't show up; customers; the pay of the job; political candidates; lack of lunch options; lack of tips from customers; the inability to stay on unemployment. The result: the worst, weirdest-looking haircut I've ever received -- three weeks before my wedding. Unfortunately, because my hair had been drenched at the start of the session (not misted or splashed with water like in past haircuts, but completely waterlogged), I couldn't get a real sense of how my haircut actually looked until after it had dried about an hour later.

Went in for a haircut and as soon as someone else came in, she was done cutting it. She knew the other customer. I was completely unhappy about it and told her so and she didn't care. She said she would take care of it at the next appointment. I submitted a complaint to the company, and there was no response. They just don't care about customer service.

The Supercuts in Loveland Colorado did a great job cutting and coloring my hair. Go see Vikki she is FANTASTIC and knows what she is doing. A real gem!!! I finally found a great salon in Loveland...

Supercuts not allowing for clients to see who is working by checking in and selecting stylists available. Customers must now call and interrupt the stylist to find out this info. Unproductive move plus it makes it look like stores may be closed. Early in Covid-19 I could check online for the stylist, then call to set up an arrival time.
