kit's were a bit out dated

This company has been nothing but great! They are very attentive and informative when it comes to their products and growing techniques! Mcmann has been incredibly helpful and even if I can’t pick up the phone he leaves a detailed voicemail that answers the questions I had. The shipping process was a breeze and all the products are high quality. I was skeptical at first since a lot of people spread negativity on the internet but Im so glad I went through with it. Can’t wait to purchase more products from them!

I just received my SuperStar 2 days before expected. The system is up and running. The sales department excells. Their knowledge and expertise were essential to help me make my decision. Costumer Service is amazing! Thanks SuperCloset!

All packages were well received, I ordered the germination package and CFL Cool light on top of the Super cabinet. After setting up and reaching the final step to power on the cabinet, I noticed a lot of light coming through the perimeter of the door, specifically from the top of the door and hinge side of the door. Upon further inspection I noticed the door is loose on the hinges, like the door can slide up and down and 1/4 of an inch, causing a lot of light the leak, I’m worried about the level of discretion from light and aroma leaking. The plastic tubes for the electrical cables will have to be stuffed with some fabric or sealed to also conceal aroma. I’ll have to work and see what solutions I can come up with for the door issue. Aside from that, I’m excited to get started.

I had ordered a 4x4 grow tent! instead of 10 days it was 30. I was very understanding about this. Recieved product- excellent. i ordered another Gorilla tent but on mistake it was 3x3shorty. I didn't even take out of the box. I wanted the 4x4. Restocking fee of $39. The 3x3 was more expensive than the 4x4. About $29. I was hoping to exchange the product and just call it even. Answer- NO! I'm not going to send it back and pay $40 for a restocking fee. I am a repeat customer and have been treated poorly. Researching other grow tents.
