Im new to super closet and I am glad I choose this company..they treat me like a VIP customer from the start.I haven't got everything up in running yet a few weeks out on that..I can tell you so far the customer service is top notch..Mcmahon i appreciate all you have done for me so far.. customer service seems to be a thing of the past in most companies but not with super colset..to say ,any problem I've had has been dealt with immediately and made right I thank you for that..I look forward to a long partnership with supercloset..I would recommend supercloset to everyone.. who care about the cost when you can get the best customer service you ever need that has no price tag.. thanks again supercloset Brendan P

Quality on all levels can't be happier

First time grower here. The Superbox is an awesome "turn key" set up. Very happy with the results so far. Highly recommend the BlueLab Guardian Monitor option to go with it.. Very happy I went with Supercloset products.

I must say that the customer service that I have received so far has been above and beyond anything that I have ever received from any other company or service. The representative that has handled everything for me has been McMahon and he is phenomenal! He actually helped me with my order because I ended up splitting my order over several cards (not possible to do this on the site) and McMahon had no problem in helping with that. I'm pretty sure most reps would have grumbled about it but he was like "Sure that's no problem!" and helped get everything that I needed. Everything was delivered right around the time that he indicated it would be. If I remember it correctly, it was right at 5 weeks after my order. It took me a few weeks to finally set up my room and during that setup I noticed that I was missing the spill tray from the tent and I contacted McMahon to let him know. Again, he has gone way above what I would expect a customer service rep to do in making sure that I received the tray. He could have just passed me off to the tent vendor but he actually made sure they were getting the tray out to me. I should make sure you know the missing tray was not the fault of SuperCloset but rather the tent vendor and I do realize that mistakes happen but I am still blown away at the level of service that I am actually receiving. I have nothing but good things to say about SuperCloset as well as the service I am receiving from them.

everything i expected to receive
