What can I say so far my experience has only been with Mr. Curtis McMahon Newton, sorry brother Miles told me your real name. Anyways I called the night prior got great information great customer service absolutely no push to buy the products just information and contact info to get back to him. You can tell he knows exactly what he is talking about and his experience alone I felt was worth the investment. I scoured the internet last night for all sorts of hydro systems, took a shot at building my own cheaper and then just thought about it and came to the realization I have the opportunity to be taught the correct way from the beginning by someone who’s really talented and not just some guy on YouTube ( I am willing to be that that guy if I end up being talented) Basically I didn’t pay for the best quality products(even tho I did) I payed for what I believe he has to offer in the way of knowledge. Probably the easiest hour I have ever spent with a customer service rep of any kind on the phone. I made it super difficult multiple payments methods and he didn’t flinch was awesome about it when one card was being stupid he just stayed cool and got the job done. He made me actually feel like I was being welcomed into something bigger than myself which with the purchase I really am. I look forward to actually working with The MAC himself to make this dream a reality. There’s too many people I love not getting the quality of medicine they deserve and he’s going to be opening the door for me to helping sick loved ones as well as anyone else who is in need. Still working on finding time to completely assemble and begin. All online instruction seems to be sound and gives me confidence this will be an easy set-up, when I can get a couple hours time.

They started with 5 stars. They lose the first for not informing me that they sent everything in one oversized shipment that arrived "curbside delivery" which meant they would not put it on my porch. Had I known ahead of time I would have ordered from someone else. They lose the second star for charging a restocking fee of 15% for a product which they made me wait a month to receive due to it's being "out of stock" when I ordered it. They lose the third star for not providing enough lights for the size of tent and hydroponic equipment provided. I had to buy a second kind led grow light which cost an additional 2 grand. They lose the fourth star by not providing enough nutrients for one grow. I had to order an additional tub of grow nutrients and I just ran out of bloom nutrients with 6 weeks left in the bloom cycle. I will not be ordering more nutrients from lotus, a company which seems to be owned by Supercloset themselves. So that's down to one star out of five. I was tempted to give them a second star for introducing me to a selection of products I would otherwise not be familiar with but they lose that star by charging a fee to watch their instructional videos on YouTube. Their videos are annoying and there are lots of free videos on YouTube that offer the same information. So that's it: one star. Sorry, Supercloset.com!
